Your values activity
Your choices and written responses are held in this page’s memory for this visit. The activity does not send them to its server or automatically email them. If you choose email sharing, the selected recipients and summary are passed to your own email app after you review them; you press Send there. Your email provider handles that message. Save or print a summary before refreshing or closing the page; there is no online backup or cross-device history.
If you print or save a summary using your browser’s print controls, that creates a separate copy on your device or chosen printer.
Accounts and sharing
No account or invitation code is required. This activity does not ask for your name or password. If you choose to email yourself a copy, you enter your email address in the page; it is used only to prepare your email draft and is not saved by the website. Share a summary by bringing it to your session; use Headway for messages about your care. There is no automatic delivery to Alex.
Website visits
This website does not include advertising pixels, Google Analytics, session recording, or application cookies. The hosting provider may process technical request information needed to deliver and protect the website; this is separate from the values responses held in your page.
Scheduling and other websites
Booking links open Headway. Other links may open Psychology Today or AMIGA. Those services have their own privacy practices, and information you provide there is handled by that service.
For scheduling and insurance information, visit Alex’s Headway profile. Existing clients can discuss questions about the activity with Alex in session.
